Hotel Staff

  • Front desk duties (check-in/check-out, reservation handling, etc.)
  • Service in hotel restaurants

  • Hotel administration and management

Salary

【College Graduates】

General Workers:
¥196,500 to ¥216,500

  • Depending on the assigned area.
  • The above salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 30 hours, ranging from ¥35,500 to ¥39,000. (Paid regardless of overtime work. Additional payment for overtime exceeding 30 hours.)
Allowances Commute allowance (up to ¥50,000 per month), housing allowance (provided in case of relocation due to company's directive)

Working hours Shift system: Flexible labor on a monthly basis
Holidays and leave Annual holidays: 105 days per year (approximately 8 to 9 days per month)
Summer vacation: 3 days
Annual paid leave: From the first year of employment, 10 days after 6 months of service (maximum 20 days), in accordance with legal requirements
